Independently contracted through KCOMM, INC., I collaborate with Wealth Management Network, LLC. [www.theWMN.com] and develop, design, and deploy their monthly html email e-letter, the Wealth Manager e-LETTER.

I am responsible for creating the email template and all the web graphics from scratch or from scanned photographs or images. I am responsible for the html email that gets emailed to the entire database and I am also responsible for creating the accompanying html newsletter webpage. I maintain the email database and FTP the files to the server and email program and test the emails prior to deployment. The only preset things are photos, the text content that I format for each article, and some pdf articles. I am particularily proud of the javascript image viewer in this issue. Javascript cannot be used in the actual email, so I incorporated it into the accompanying html email webpage. Sometimes, I do have to create an accompanying html article page that looks like the newsletter because the article has not been posted to theWMN.com at the time of newsletter deployment. I also create a customized client email report at the end of each month and maintain an updated email database.

In the February 2008 issue, I redesigned a few spots within the e-LETTER and also added a few new features. I added an Upcoming Events section next to the Table of Contents, an In Case You Missed It section with links to past e-LETTERS and articles, as well as actual WMN.com webpage hyperlinks at the very bottom of the e-LETTER to increase click-throughs to theWMN.com. The only regular monthly edits include posting new articles, creating relevant images for each article and section, and making sure the hyperlinks are correct. Sometimes, I do have to create an accompanying html article page that looks like the newsletter because the article has not been posted totheWMN.com at the time of newsletter deployment. I create all the web images for every e-LETTER. I also create a customized client email report at the end of each month and maintain an updated email database.
