Website Warning - JoeLakatos.com is still Under Construction!

JoeLakatos.com is currently being developed everyday. I have had a hard time creating my website. I do not know if other web designers have had the same type of experience but I have no problem speaking to a client and creating a website from scratch, however, when it comes to me and what I want, well that's another story. It's not that I am a perfectionist, ok... well maybe I am just a bit but the real deal is that I have these visions in my head as to what I want and it never comes out as cool as I see it in my head. That is just execution and not perfection at this point.

Another reason for the difficulty level is that I have a lot of experience and a lot of samples from both my graphic design and web design jobs and trying to create pages and categories that encompass each job sample is not as easy as it may appear. I come from the generation when the term "online portfolio" didn't exist. I actually have a 2'x3' plastic/vinyl portfolio in my closet that has a lot of my graphic design samples. How the times have changed since 1993 when I graduated from college. This is beginning to sound more like a blog than a simple warning and explaination. With that said, keep in mind that if you find a broken link or a missing page, do not worry, I will eventually get to it... pinky swear!
